With prominent support from The Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the “Belt & Road Innovation and Development Forum”, organizaed by China Academy of Culture Limited, Silk Road Economic Development Research Centre, Maritime Silk Road Society and One Belt One Road Research Institute of Chu Hai College of Higher Education, is held full-day in JW Marriot Hotel Hong Kong on November 3rd, 2017.  Speakers at the event included Xu Jialu, Vice Chairman of the Ninth and Tenth National People’s Congress Standing Committee and president of China Academy of Culture Limited, Carrie Lam, The Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR, Rashid Alimov, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of Hong Kong SAR and more.  The full-day event welcomed more than 600 guests from various sectors of the society, as well as more than 30 expert analysts and entrepreneurs from different countries.
